It’s not everyday that you get to step inside the walls of a real castle, let alone photograph a beautiful couple on the castle grounds! When Olivia and Drew asked if they could do their engagement session at the Kentucky Castle, they didn’t have to ask me twice! Located just outside of Lexington in Versailles, Kentucky, the Kentucky Castle is a beautiful boutique hotel and venue perfect for events, weddings, and luxurious overnight stays. Pulling up the long driveway feels like driving into a real life fairytale, and was the perfect setting for Olivia and Drew’s romantic engagement session. Complete with a bottle of bubbly, the bride and groom-to-be showed up dressed to the nines and and they were both so effortlessly gorgeous (and handsome) that I don’t know if I’ll ever get over how wonderful this sweet day was.
