To officially secure your date on my calendar, I require a flat rate $2500 retainer fee in addition to the signed contract. I complete the booking process through an online Client Portal which your planner can also view and access.
I include a second photographer and a third assistant to ensure that we are able to do our best work while serving you well. In total, there are three people representing the Katelyn V. Photography team on a wedding day.
I like to share a few preview images within one week so you have some photos to share while I work on the full gallery. Rehearsal and Wedding galleries are delivered via a customized online gallery and mobile app, within 60 days of your date.

I work more closely with the vendor and creative team ahead of the wedding, and need to ensure there's plenty time allotted for me to capture the details and moments in consideration for publication.
Yes! If you find later in the planning process that you would like to add an engagement session, additional wedding coverage, or photo albums, we can always upgrade your collection at any point in time to include the additional services.
